Hanssem Mall Offers Customized Delivery Date Services for Vacation Customers, Including Partial Construction Packages

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Comprehensive home interior specialist company 'Hanssem' announced on the 23rd that, ahead of the peak vacation season, as 'Homecance (Home+Vacance)'?resting at home?emerges as a new vacation trend, it will offer various remodeling package products and services both online and offline at reasonable prices.

Summer, which avoids the moving and newlywed seasons, has traditionally been considered an off-season for furniture and remodeling, but recently, due to social distancing, related demand has increased compared to last year.

In fact, Hanssem's sales in June increased by about 23% year-on-year, and the number of remodeling package construction cases more than doubled. Hanssem expects related demand to continue from late July to late August, the peak vacation season, and has prepared for the vacation season by increasing specialized construction personnel by about 20% compared to the previous year since the first half of the year.

Until the 31st of next month, customers who apply for consultation and sign a contract for the Rehouse Style Package 'Super' on the online Hanssem.com will receive Hanssem Homecare services and built-in wardrobes. Super is a reasonably priced package product at around 990,000 KRW per pyeong, which was first introduced in the first half of this year and has become the best-selling package product this year.

They also introduced the 'House Repair Package While Living' for partial construction customers. Priced between 400,000 KRW and 600,000 KRW per pyeong, it packages kitchens, bathrooms, middle doors, and entrances, with construction possible within a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 3 days. Partial construction is a package that is especially in high demand during the vacation season because it can change the atmosphere of the house without having to leave the home for a long time.

Hanssem Rehouse visitors nationwide will receive a 'Sun Spray' on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers who sign contracts over 12 million KRW by the end of July will be given a 'Samsung Galaxy S20' smartphone.

On the online Hanssem Mall, starting from early July, the 'Naemam Delivery' service is being offered, allowing customers to freely select furniture delivery and installation dates. Delivery dates can be specified from the next day up to within 30 days, enabling customers to receive furniture on their desired dates during the vacation season.

A Hanssem official said, "Sales of partial construction packages that can be easily carried out at home during the vacation season, as well as furniture related to rest such as beds, mattresses, and sofas, show a clear upward trend compared to the same period last year," adding, "We have prepared various home interior products as a reasonable alternative to long-distance vacations, so we ask for your great interest."
