Recently, concerns over safety accidents on the way to and from school have grown, making school district proximity a key keyword in the real estate market for safe commuting. The complex is close to schools such as Hope-dae Elementary School located right next door, Seongnambuk Elementary, Seongnamseo Middle School, and Seongnam Girls’ Middle School, allowing safe walking commutes. Additionally, the surrounding area includes the Gyeonggi Seongnam Education Library and Seongnam-si Sujeong Youth Center, which contribute to an excellent academic environment.


Being surrounded by schools, the complex is free from harmful facilities. Typically, in areas where schools are located, various youth-harmful facilities cannot be established within 200 meters of the school boundary, ensuring safe commuting from home to school.


Another advantage unique to ‘Sanseong Station Jaipurujio’ is the abundant green spaces where young children and parents can gather. The 120,000㎡ Hope-dae Park, located right in front of the complex, features various sports facilities such as tennis courts, jokgu courts, and badminton courts, as well as playgrounds and water play areas for children to enjoy.


The large-scale complex of 4,774 households, the biggest in the area, is also a distinctive feature of ‘Sanseong Station Jaipurujio.’ Residents can enjoy leisure activities with their children in the central park within the complex, as well as various landscaping and community facilities.


Another advantage is the excellent transportation network connecting Seoul and the metropolitan area. The subway Line 8 is convenient to use. By using Sanseong Station, Dandaeogeori Station, and Sinheung Station on Line 8, commuting to Gangnam and Jamsil Station is easy. Additionally, the Bundang-Suseo Expressway facilitates commuting to Pangyo New Town, a hub for IT companies.


A real estate expert said, “As concerns about various safety accidents on the way to and from school increase, the school district environment, where homes are close to schools, is becoming a trend. Since school district apartments maintain high price competitiveness not only in the sales market but also after completion, their popularity is expected to grow further.”


Meanwhile, ‘Sanseong Station Jaipurujio’ will be located at 36-1, Gongwon-ro 382beon-gil, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do (Sinheung 2 District), and will begin its official sale starting with the announcement of resident recruitment on the 21st.
