Volvo Summer Free Inspection Campaign Until the 12th of Next Month

'Service by Volvo. Sommar 2020' in Progress... 15 Free Inspection Items

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Volvo Cars Korea announced on the 15th that it will conduct a free inspection campaign called ‘Service By Volvo. Sommar 2020’ through 27 service centers nationwide until the 12th of next month to help ensure safe driving and vehicle maintenance during the summer season.

This campaign was planned to support maintaining vehicle condition during the summer season, when the rainy season and heat waves are expected. Customers who visit the service centers during the campaign period can receive a free inspection of 15 summer-specific check items along with a diagnosis using Volvo Cars’ dedicated diagnostic device, VIDA. The free inspection items include checking the wiper blades, brake pads, wheel and tire damage, and battery status, which help ensure safe driving on wet roads during the rainy season. As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all customers who bring their vehicles in during the campaign period will also receive a package of two KF80 masks.

There are also discount benefits provided when replacing consumable parts. Customers can receive a 10% parts discount when replacing engine oil, air conditioner filters, or wiper blades individually, and the discount increases to 20% when all three items are replaced together. Additionally, when replacing air conditioner-related parts, customers can receive a 10% discount along with a free refrigerant gas refill.
