[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Welcron Healthcare announced on the 15th that it has launched the convenience store PB product "Minseang Organic Cotton Cover Sanitary Pads" in collaboration with Emart24.
The Minseang Organic Cotton Cover Sanitary Pads were produced through a collaboration between Welcron Healthcare and Emart24. The product is planned to be launched at a price approximately 20-30% lower than existing products. The top sheet received the 'OCS100' certification from Control Union, a global organic cotton certification company. This certification mark is only issued to products made using safe cotton. Additionally, it provides excellent absorbency and comfortable wear by using a convex customized absorption layer, a leak-proof line, and an Air-Hole breathable film.
A Welcron Healthcare official said, "We are pleased to introduce a product that can contribute to public health together with Emart24," and added, "We plan to continue launching various healthcare products that contribute to public health, including not only sanitary pads but also feminine cleansers and KF yellow dust protective masks."
Meanwhile, Emart24 plans to donate 3,000 Minseang Organic Cotton Cover Sanitary Pads to low-income youth through the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.
