Asan Nanum Foundation Announces Recruitment for Startups to Join Startup Support Center 'Maru180'


[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Asan Nanum Foundation (Chairman Han Jeong-hwa) announced on the 15th that it is recruiting startups for the second half of the year at the startup support center 'Maru180'. The recruitment target is companies established within 5 years of incorporation, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 employees.


Resident companies can be assigned office spaces per team and use them, with all office furniture such as desks, chairs, cabinets, and shelves provided. Meeting rooms, lounges, sleeping rooms, shower rooms, phone booths, and other facilities within Maru180 are freely available, and various benefits prepared by Asan Nanum Foundation Maru180 can be enjoyed.


Additionally, resident companies receive support for startup support programs in cooperation with the Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, and Small and Medium Business Corporation. To prepare for difficulties startups may face in accounting, taxation, legal affairs, translation, and other areas during early stages, connections to professional services are also made possible.


Furthermore, startups residing or graduated within one year can receive reimbursement of up to 5 million KRW for promotional marketing events held within Maru180. Teams wishing to participate in overseas business trips or conferences are provided with up to 3 million KRW. Besides startups, Maru180 houses leading domestic venture capitals and accelerators such as SparkLabs, SparkLabs Ventures, Capstone Partners, and FuturePlay, naturally providing networking opportunities. Through the expert matching program 'MaruConnect,' exclusively available to residents and graduates, one-on-one mentoring from top industry experts is also available.
