-Ham Chun-ho-Seo Young-do, Participate in World K-Pop Center Master Class Open Lecture
The World K-POP Center is launching the Ham Chun-ho and Seo Young-do MASTER CLASS.
This summer vacation, the World K-POP Center will hold the Ham Chun-ho and Seo Young-do MASTER CLASS as an open lecture, starting from the 21st, as part of the youth music camp.
Master Ham Chun-ho is known as a guitar legend in the popular music scene, having participated as a guitarist on albums and live sessions for famous artists such as Cho Yong-pil, Yang Hee-eun, Song Chang-sik, Kim Hyun-sik, Shin Seung-hun, Lim Jae-beom, Yoon Jong-shin, Park Jung-hyun, and BoA, establishing himself as a top-tier guitarist.
Additionally, Master Ham Chun-ho is regarded as a master of popular music, recognized by many musicians and producers through over 30 years of consistent activity across various genres. Recently, he appeared on KBS2’s “The Villainess” showcasing an era-spanning presence and unparalleled music that captivated the public.
The second master, Seo Young-do, is one of the most active musicians in Korea. As a bassist, he is extensively involved in bands, sessions, live performances, and musicals. He has also contributed to many film scores and currently performs in the popular musical “Jamie.”
The first camp hosted by the World K-POP Center will take place from the 20th to the 31st at the World K-POP Center Seoul headquarters, and the second camp will be held from August 10th to 21st. The W.K.I Music Camp, spanning a total of four weeks across the two sessions, includes special lectures by industry professionals, practical training by major, ensemble classes, and MASTER CLASSES by top-class musician instructors.
As Korea’s leading K-POP specialized education institution, the World K-POP Center has announced plans to establish a K-POP alternative school for youth specializing in practical music, starting with this camp.
Applications are open regardless of age, and the first round of applications closes on the 17th.
