[Breaking News] 366 Schools Nationwide Unable to Attend Due to COVID-19 Today... 361 Schools in Gwangju Alone

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Suwan] On the 13th, due to the impact of COVID-19, 366 schools nationwide were unable to hold in-person classes.


As of 10 a.m. that day, the Ministry of Education announced that the number of schools that suspended in-person attendance decreased by 110 from 476 schools on the previous school day, the 10th.


In particular, 361 schools in Gwangju switched to remote classes. In addition, in-person attendance was suspended at 2 schools in Seoul, 2 in Daejeon, and 1 in Gyeonggi.
