[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Daejeon City announced on the 12th that it will recruit and select companies to participate in the 'Employment Retention Win-Win Agreement Support Project' and support part of the four major insurance premiums for the selected companies.
This recruitment is the second phase of the project, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises with headquarters or business sites in Daejeon. The city will select 500 companies through applications, conclude employment retention win-win agreements, and support six months' worth of the employer's share of the four major insurance premiums up to a monthly limit of 2 million KRW.
Applications will be accepted from the 13th to the 31st of this month by submitting the required documents through the dedicated Employment Retention Win-Win Agreement Support Project website. After the application deadline, the city will select the final participating companies through a review by the selection evaluation committee in early next month.
Previously, in April, the city selected 414 companies that committed to employment retention in the first phase and provided the same support as part of the employment stabilization measures.
