[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Hoban Construction has succeeded in winning a housing reconstruction maintenance project worth 183.8 billion KRW for 1,112 households in Incheon.
Hoban Construction announced on the 12th that it was finally selected as the construction company at the general meeting for selecting a construction company held on the 11th by the Songhyeon 1st and 2nd Apartment Housing Reconstruction Maintenance Project Association in Dong-gu, Incheon.
This project is a development on the site at 1 Songhyeon-dong, Dong-gu, Incheon, consisting of 10 apartment buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with 1,112 households and auxiliary welfare facilities. The construction cost is approximately 183.8 billion KRW, with construction scheduled to begin in May 2023.
The site is conveniently located about 1 km from Dongincheon Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and within 2 km of Dowon Station, facilitating easy metropolitan transit. In addition, various educational facilities including elementary, middle, and high schools are nearby, along with large supermarkets, hospitals, and community centers, providing well-established living infrastructure. Furthermore, the West Sea is close by, allowing some households to enjoy sea views.
A Hoban Construction official said, "We deeply appreciate the association and its members for trusting and selecting Hoban Construction," adding, "We will work together with the association to expedite the project and do our best to build it as a landmark complex."
