- Fixed contract deposit of 10 million KRW, 60% interest-free interim payment benefit, and strengthened 6-month resale restriction avoided ▲ Special supply starts 7/13 (Mon), 1st priority on 7/14 (Tue), 2nd priority subscription on 7/15 (Wed)
On the 10th, the model house for ‘Seodaegu Station Bando Yubora Centum’ opened and began sales, attracting a steady stream of visitors and signaling a successful sale.
Despite limiting the number of visitors to the model house to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and only allowing those with prior reservations to enter, there was a strong interest with many people flocking to the site.
Lee (53), a resident of Seongnae-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu, who visited the model house, said, “I came because I believe that once Seodaegu Station opens and the surrounding station area is developed, the transportation environment will improve, providing ample potential for price increases. Seeing so many people at the model house despite COVID-19, it seems the subscription competition will be fierce,” expressing a mix of concern and expectation.
Another visitor, Choi (36), said, “I was surprised when I heard the sale price. Compared to recently sold apartments in Daegu, the price is reasonable, and with the development of the Seodaegu station area, I believe there will definitely be a premium in the future.”
Due to concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), visitors wore masks and were guided by staff in protective suits at the entrance of the model house before entering. They passed through an air shower (full-body disinfection) entrance, signed the guestbook, underwent a temperature check, and after hand sanitization, put on plastic gloves and shoe covers before entering the model house interior.
Seodaegu Station Bando Yubora Centum is located near the Seodaegu KTX station, scheduled to open next year, and is highly regarded for the premium associated with station area development. In particular, the sale price is set at an average of 13.7 million KRW per 3.3㎡, which is considered reasonable compared to other areas in Daegu.
Despite the average sale price of all supply complexes in Daegu exceeding 15 million KRW per pyeong over the past year, this project’s price is set at a level rarely seen in downtown Daegu, attracting significant attention.
Additionally, there is an advantage of a fixed down payment of 10 million KRW, 60% interest-free installment payments, and no impact from the resale restrictions starting in August, allowing resale after six months.
The subscription dates are from the 13th (Monday) with special supply, followed by first priority on the 14th (Tuesday), and second priority on the 15th (Wednesday).
