Ulsan Ulju-gun, Looking for Someone to Promote the "New Eonyang"?

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Ulsan Ulju-gun is holding the ‘Eonyang Urban Regeneration UCC Contest’ as part of the Eonyang Urban Regeneration New Deal project.

The so-called ‘Place of People: The Return of Heonyang’ named Eonyang Urban Regeneration New Deal project is a project led by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, which received final approval from the Prime Minister’s Office at the end of last year and officially started in January this year.

This UCC contest was prepared to actively promote the Eonyang urban regeneration project, provide opportunities for residents to participate, and establish a foundation for sustainable urban regeneration through revitalization of the local community.

Anyone who is a citizen can participate. Participation is limited to one work per individual (team), and the UCC video should be about 1 to 3 minutes long with no genre restrictions.

Prizes include Grand Prize (1 work) 3 million KRW, Gold Prize (2 works) 1.5 million KRW each, Silver Prize (2 works) 800,000 KRW each, Bronze Prize (4 works) 400,000 KRW each, and Honorable Mention (8 works) 100,000 KRW each, selecting a total of 17 works with total prize money of 10 million KRW.

Applications will be accepted from the 13th until October 12th at the Ulju-gun Urban Regeneration Support Center, either by visit or mail. For more details, please refer to the announcement section on the Ulju-gun website.

An official from Ulju-gun said, “This UCC contest aims to actively promote the Eonyang Urban Regeneration New Deal project to introduce Eonyang nationwide, and to improve residents’ quality of life through the successful promotion of the Eonyang urban regeneration project and community revitalization,” urging active participation.
