As the apartment market continues to evolve, small-sized housing comparable to small apartments is gaining popularity. Recently supplied small housing units not only maximize the use of interior space but also incorporate designs that enhance convenience, increasing resident satisfaction and attracting attention in the housing market.


According to the construction industry, the small housing project 'Gamileok Trueel' in Hanam Gam-il District showcases space utilization that rivals small apartments.


First, 'Gamileok Trueel' features space utilization tailored to the increasing number of 2-3 person households. It offers highly scarce common areas of 38㎡ and 51㎡ in Gam-il District, enhancing the sense of space. Notably, unlike typical small housing units, it lacks outdoor unit rooms and boiler rooms, resulting in higher space efficiency compared to other products.


Eco-friendly finishing materials that improve living comfort are also applied. 'Gamileok Trueel' uses eco-friendly natural wallpaper to minimize difficulties experienced during move-in. Additionally, it is equipped with a combined heat and power heating system, which reduces maintenance costs, adding to its appeal.


The convenient transportation environment close to Seoul is another advantage of Gamileok Trueel. By car, it takes less than 10 minutes to reach Olympic Park Station and under 15 minutes to Jamsil Station, a major business district. Furthermore, with plans to establish a new urban railway between Songpa and Hanam and expand public transportation, the transportation environment is expected to improve further.


Another unique advantage of 'Gamileok Trueel' is the pleasant environment around the home. The Gam-il District, where 'Gamileok Trueel' is located, has six school sites, allowing safe walking commutes within just one minute on foot without concerns about safety. High schools are also within a safe walking distance. Nearby Cheonmasan Mountain offers natural surroundings, and the ecological stream Neungancheon is close by.


Within a 500-meter walking radius, road-type commercial facilities capable of absorbing demand from over 8,000 households are planned on the 1st and 2nd floors. The commercial facilities of 'Gamileok Trueel,' supplied with a total of 28 units, are expected to attract diverse foot traffic from nearby apartments, schools, and more. According to the 2020 Land Use Plan from the Land Information System, the commercial facility ratio in Gam-il District is 1.5%, which is lower than Wirye New Town (7.2%) and Hanam Misa (6.9%), indicating its rarity.


Real estate experts stated, "Due to recent changes in the apartment market, small housing units with space efficiency comparable to small apartments are gaining popularity," and added, "Interest in the Gamileok Trueel project in Hanam Gam-il District, close to Seoul, is very high."


'Gamileok Trueel' will be built at 192-10, Gami-dong, Hanam-si, consisting of a total of 137 units from basement level 2 to ground level 10. A model house will open in July, and full-scale sales are scheduled to begin.
