Yeongam County Office and Two Additional Township Offices 'Closed'

According to Yeongam-gun on the 9th, the female employee who worked with the 'Yeongam Patient No. 2,' the Geumjeong-myeon chief, was classified as a confirmed case that morning.
The Yeongam-gun Office and two myeon offices that the female employee visited were additionally closed on the same day.
As a result, the Yeongam-gun Office, along with the Geumjeong-myeon Office, Sijong-myeon Office, and Seoho-myeon Office, are currently closed, raising concerns about administrative gaps.
Yeongam-gun sent text messages to about 400 public officials, ordering them to undergo testing and self-quarantine.
The quarantine authorities are currently tracing the additional movements of the female employee at the Geumjeong-myeon Office who tested positive.
Earlier, Mr. A, a man in his 50s and the Geumjeong-myeon chief, was confirmed positive on the 8th. He is the 30th confirmed case in Jeollanam-do. Mr. A is known to have visited a Gwangju civil service exam academy on the 1st and 2nd and had contact with Gwangju Patient No. 117.
