On the 8th, Kim posted on his Facebook, saying, "Leading by example is important. I trust our government, but public distrust is high. Therefore, I would like to add my thoughts to explain the government's policies," he said.

He then proposed the following regarding the government's real estate policy: △ actively promoting the expansion of public rental housing supply △ direct development of public rental housing led by the public sector △ reconsideration of loan regulations for the homeless.

Kim said, "Recently, the housing ownership status of some high-ranking public officials and lawmakers has become a subject of public criticism. The government's policy depends on the trust of the people," adding, "High-ranking public officials and lawmakers must lead by example. Especially Democratic Party lawmakers signed a 'housing disposal pledge' during the nomination process. They must keep their promises."

He continued, "Furthermore, please actively work on relocating public institutions, including the National Assembly, to local areas. To solve the real estate problems in the metropolitan area, the concentrated size of the metropolitan area must be reduced," emphasizing again, "We must seriously listen to the voices of the people. That is our duty to the people and the way for our Democratic Party to receive the people's love."
