As urban areas undergo redevelopment, apartments equipped with convenient access to subway stations and good school districts are emerging as popular choices. This complex is the first new apartment built in over three years since the first sale in Sanggye New Town in 2017, and it is the first Lotte Castle brand apartment with over 1,000 units introduced by Lotte Construction in Sanggye New Town, raising high expectations among buyers.

Furthermore, plans are underway for the extension of Line 4 and the GTX-C line.
The school district is excellent as well. Deokam Elementary, Shinsanggye Elementary, Sanggye Jeil Middle, Jaehyeon Middle, Jaehyeon High, and Mirae Industrial Science High are all within walking distance, and the nearby Junggye-dong academy district, known for its concentration of prestigious private academies, is easily accessible, providing the best educational environment in the Gangbuk area.
Moreover, the complex is conveniently close to living infrastructure such as Lotte Mart Junggye Branch, Lotte Department Store Nowon Branch, Hanaro Mart Sanggye Branch, as well as Nowon District Office and Sanggye Paik Hospital, making it a one-stop complex where residents can access transportation, education, and living infrastructure all nearby.
Surrounding the complex is a forest environment rarely enjoyed in urban areas. Suraksan and Bulamsan mountains are located to the left and right of the complex, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant living environment even within the city.
A real estate expert commented, “Unlike newly built metropolitan housing developments constructed on undeveloped land, Seoul urban redevelopment areas like new towns inherently have well-established transportation, education, and living infrastructure, offering excellent residential convenience. When combined with natural environment and development benefits, these areas can attract both actual residents and investors.”
Meanwhile, Lotte Construction plans to open the cyber model house for ‘Nowon Lotte Castle Signature’ on the 10th. Move-in is scheduled for June 2023.
