[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Kim, a coach accused of assaulting and bullying the late athlete Choi Sook-hyun, appeared as a witness at the National Assembly the previous day and claimed that he never committed any physical or verbal abuse. However, an audio file revealing Kim's verbal abuse has been released, causing a stir.

On the 7th, SBS 8 News reported that it had obtained an audio file containing verbal abuse by Coach Kim, who has been identified as the perpetrator.

In the audio file, Coach Kim verbally abused a female athlete for doing the dishes late, saying, "You need to clean this up, don’t you? What are you doing? What the hell are you doing, you XX? If you’re a national team member, you’re everything, you XX. Hey (smack), I’ll kill you. XX."

He continued, "You XX-like person, seriously. Where the hell did you learn to be so rude, you XX? Feeling wronged? Hey, you XXX! This isn’t XXX. Where did you learn to be so disrespectful?"

Coach Kim also threatened other male athletes present, saying, "You XX XX, get down and don’t do it. Before I kill you," implying he would ruin their athletic careers.

He further verbally abused, "Hey, you XX. You’re finished. There’s no reason to talk to me. No tests or anything with me. You’re done. XX. Get lost," repeatedly using abusive language.

Previously, Coach Kim had firmly denied any physical or verbal abuse at the Sports Fairness Committee the day before, but was ultimately given a severe penalty of 'permanent expulsion.'
