This program is designed for free communication between the CEO and employees through an interactive live broadcast, where participants shared their opinions via real-time comments without any prepared scripts.

The session lasted for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a conversational format, with the CEO answering various questions ranging from the company's vision and strategic direction, requests for organizational culture innovation, social life tips as a senior colleague, to requests for improvements in the working environment.
