Contribution to the Development of Untact Healthcare Services Including Real-Time Mask Maps
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] VIVROS, the operator of the mobile hospital reservation service 'Ddokdak', announced on the 7th that R&D Director No Young-bin received the '2020 Information Culture Merit Minister of Science and ICT Award'.
Director No led the development of untact healthcare services, including Ddokdak's real-time mask map, contributing to the improvement of public health, and was recognized for his achievements with this award. Ddokdak introduced various untact healthcare services such as mobile hospital reservation reception and COVID-19 pre-screening in response to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
In particular, immediately after the implementation of the five-day mask distribution system in March, they launched the real-time mask map and mask purchase notification service, reducing confusion related to mask purchases. This service helped users check mask inventory without visiting actual sales locations, alleviating the workload at sales sites such as pharmacies, and made it easier for middle-aged and elderly people aged 55 and over, who had difficulties due to the mask information gap, to purchase masks.
Director No Young-bin said, "We will continue to do our best so that we can return to daily life as soon as possible, free from anxiety about COVID-19 infection."
