GV lends 3 billion KRW to subsidiary Geumbit Holdings

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] GV announced on the 6th that it will lend 3 billion KRW to its subsidiary Geumbit Holdings. The loan amount of 3 billion KRW corresponds to 6.3% of its equity capital. The interest rate is 4%, and the loan period is from today until July 6, 2021.

The purpose of the loan is to fund the subsidiary's acquisition of shares in other corporations. The total outstanding loan balance is 8.34 billion KRW.
