Seongnam City Seeks Outstanding Employers

[Asia Economy (Seongnam) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Seongnam City, Gyeonggi Province, will recruit excellent employment companies from the 8th to the 10th. This is to select companies that have contributed to job creation and provide various incentives.

The recruitment targets are two categories: excellent youth employment companies for those aged 15 to 34, and excellent general worker employment companies.

Youth excellent employment companies are those with an average annual youth employment growth rate of 5% or more and an increase of at least 2 youth employees.

Certification is divided into grades A (6 or more), B (4-5), and C (2-3) based on the number of increased employees.

General worker excellent employment companies are those with an average annual worker employment growth rate of 10% or more and an increase of at least 2 employees.

They are also classified into grades A (35% or more), B (20-34%), and C (10-19%) according to the employment growth rate.

Selected excellent employment companies receive a certificate and a plaque.

Additionally, extra points are given when participating in overseas exhibitions at the Seongnam Pavilion, the Seongnam Global Export Company Development Package, or growth support for startup companies in the bio healthcare sector.

In the past year, the city certified 6 companies as youth excellent employment companies (hiring 36 people) and 5 companies as general worker excellent employment companies (hiring 42 people), respectively.
