[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] SK Engineering & Construction announced on the 2nd that it will open the cyber model house for 'Unseo 2nd SK View Sky City,' supplied in A7 Block of Yeongjong International City, Unnam-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, on the 3rd and officially start sales. The sale price is about 11.88 million KRW per 3.3㎡ on average, with interest-free benefits on the interim payments.
Unseo 2nd SK View Sky City will be built with 12 buildings ranging from basement level 1 to ground level 20, comprising a total of 909 households with exclusive areas of 70 to 84㎡. In particular, as a follow-up complex to the 1,153-household 'Unseo SK View Sky City' that held subscriptions last November, it is expected to form a brand town of about 2,000 households in total.
By type, the units are composed entirely of small to medium-sized floor plans preferred by actual users: ▲70㎡ 69 units ▲78㎡A 114 units ▲78㎡B 69 units ▲84㎡A 464 units ▲84㎡B 124 units ▲84㎡C 69 units.
This complex is planned to be located near Unseo Station on the Airport Railroad, which is highly preferred for residence within Yeongjong International City. From Unseo Station, located 6 minutes by car, using the Airport Railroad allows travel to the Seoul Mapo area via Gimpo Airport in about 40 minutes, providing convenient transportation. Additionally, it is easy to access the metropolitan transportation network such as the Incheon International Airport Expressway.
Regarding school districts, Yeongjong High School is within walking distance, and prestigious high schools such as Incheon Haneul High School, Incheon Science High School, and Incheon International High School are nearby. In the living area around Unseo Station, convenience facilities such as Lotte Mart and Megabox are located, and the central commercial district development is also gaining momentum.
SK Engineering & Construction plans to arrange mainly 4-bay plate-type layouts and introduce specialized designs such as pantries and dressing rooms, which are hard to find in small to medium-sized units, to enhance space utilization.
SK Engineering & Construction will also apply the recently patented household-type 'Sterilization Ventilation System' for the first time in this complex. Equipped with a HEPA filter that can remove 99.95% of ultrafine dust in the air and the latest UV LED module with sterilization and deodorization functions, it is expected to maintain a pleasant indoor environment and help residents manage their health.
Subscriptions will begin with special supply on the 15th, followed by first priority on the 16th and second priority on the 17th. After the announcement of winners on the 23rd, contracts will be signed from the 3rd to the 10th of the following month. Move-in is scheduled for August 2022.
