[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] Lotte Department Store announced on the 1st that the luxury brand 'Louis Vuitton' women's specialty store on the 1st floor of Avenue L at Jamsil Branch has completed its renovation and reopened.
The renovation of the Louis Vuitton women's specialty store began after separately launching the Louis Vuitton men's specialty store on the 4th floor of Jamsil Branch in January, and the renovation took a total of six months.
This renovation is characterized by adding ready-to-wear (RTW) clothing products to the Louis Vuitton women's store, which was previously composed only of accessories such as handbags, wallets, and shoes, thereby offering the full range of Louis Vuitton women's line products. The existing women's store was the only brand on the 1st floor of Avenue L at Jamsil Branch without a clothing line, and through the renovation, all brands on the same floor now have clothing lines.
This season's new product, the Pont 9 handbag, was also introduced, and through a pop-in within the store, Louis Vuitton's premium watch and fine jewelry collections are showcased. A pop-in refers to a specially arranged space inside the store to present special line products.
Meanwhile, Lotte Department Store has been focusing on the MZ generation (a combination of Millennials and Generation Z), who are interested not only in luxury accessories but also in luxury clothing, and since last year has opened Gucci women's specialty store, Thom Browne women's, 3.1 Phillip Lim, and Dsquared2 at Avenue L in Jamsil Branch.
