Ilseong Construction Co., Ltd. opened and is currently operating the Gajaeul Station Truel Eco City cyber model house on the 19th of last month. It draws attention as a large complex composed of medium and small-sized units preferred by actual users.
Gajaeul Station Truel Eco City is designed primarily facing south to maximize natural light and ventilation, and some units offer views overlooking Gajwa Green Park. Additionally, Ilseong Construction's innovative design has been introduced, allowing residents to choose various pantry spaces tailored to their preferences, including a 4-bay structure in some units. The kitchen will feature specialized storage spaces to provide a convenient living environment.
Moreover, to enhance resident satisfaction, various community facilities such as a fitness center, reading room, senior citizens' center, daycare, and communal spaces will be established.
Gajaeul Station Truel Eco City is a prime location directly connected to Gajaeul Station on Incheon Subway Line 2, with easy transfers to Line 1 at Juan Station and access to Dongam Station, facilitating convenient travel to central Seoul areas like Guro and Yongsan. Additionally, diverse bus routes around the complex provide easy access to various parts of Incheon.
