Over 9,400 Housing Units to Be Offered Nationwide in the First Week of July

According to Real Estate 114 on the 28th, from June 29 to July 5, 9,406 households (6,256 general sales) will be supplied across 11 complexes nationwide. Applications will be accepted for “Suwon Central I-Park Xi” in Ingye-dong, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi Province; “Yangju Okjeong New Town Jeil Punggyeongchae Lake City” in Okjeong-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province; and “Ulsan Taehwagang I-Park (Officetel)” in Seongnam-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan. Model houses are preparing to open at 9 sites. “Gireum Station Lotte Castle Twin Gold” in Gireum-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and “Unseo 2nd SK VIEW Sky City” in Unnam-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, are among those about to open.

HDC Hyundai Development Company and GS Construction plan to supply “Suwon Central I-Park Xi” in 847-3 Ingye-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi Province. This complex, supplied through the Paldal 10 district housing redevelopment project, consists of a total of 3,432 households, of which 2,165 are for general sale. It is composed of 30 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with units sized between 39 and 103 square meters (exclusive area). The complex offers access to Maegyo Station on the Bundang Line and is close to educational facilities such as Ingye Elementary School, Suwon Middle School, and Suwon High School. The complex consists of 7 buildings from 1 basement floor to 35 above-ground floors, totaling 766 units with a single size of 84 square meters. Among these, 414 units are for general sale. SK Construction will supply “Unseo 2nd SK VIEW Sky City” in 1598-1 Unnam-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon. The complex consists of 12 buildings from 1 basement floor to 20 above-ground floors, totaling 909 units. It is close to Unseo Station on the Airport Railroad and has a wide-area transportation network including the Second Gyeongin Expressway and Incheon International Airport Expressway. Educational facilities include Unseo Elementary School, Yeongjong High School, Incheon Science High School, and Incheon International High School. The complex is adjacent to Seaside Park and Baegunsan Mountain, providing a pleasant environment.
