Daewoo E&C to Supply Remaining Ineligible Units of 'Sewoon Prugio Hericity' on a First-Come, First-Served Basis

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Daewoo E&C announced that it will supply the remaining disqualified units of 'Sewoon Prugio Hericity' in Inhyeon-dong 2-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Starting from the morning of the 21st, Daewoo E&C conducted first-come, first-served contracts for the remaining units due to mid-term loan disqualification at the model house set up in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. From the first day, visitors lined up in front of the model house, showing strong interest.

Sewoon Prugio Hericity, located in Sewoon 6-3 district, Inhyeon-dong 2-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul, is a mixed-use complex consisting of 614 units: 281 apartments ranging from 24 to 42㎡ (exclusive area) across 9 basement floors to 26 above-ground floors, and 293 urban lifestyle housing units.

Daewoo E&C held subscription applications for the 293 urban lifestyle housing units located on the 16th floor and above over two days, from the 10th to the 11th. A total of 3,133 applicants applied, recording an average competition rate of 10.7 to 1. In particular, the 40㎡ and 42㎡ units showed a high competition rate of 35 to 1.

The biggest advantage of this complex is its excellent proximity to workplaces. It is located in the Euljiro area, the central business district of Seoul, and is a 5-minute walk from Euljiro 4-ga Station, a transfer station for Seoul Subway Lines 2 and 5. Additionally, Euljiro 3-ga Station (Lines 2 and 3) and Chungmuro Station (Lines 3 and 4) are also within walking distance, making it a station area complex with access to four subway lines on foot.

Although it is a small urban-type multi-family housing, it is located on the top floors, offering excellent views of Namsan and downtown areas such as Myeongdong. Balcony expansion is provided as a basic feature, making the usable area about 30-40% larger than officetels of the same exclusive area. Depending on the type, balcony service areas of up to 20.8㎡ are provided.
