On the 21st, when the partial solar eclipse occurred with the moon covering the sun, citizens observed the partial eclipse at Yeouido Hangang Park in Seoul. The partial eclipse started at 3:53:04 PM, reached its maximum at 5:02:27 PM, and ended at 6:04:18 PM, based on Seoul time.
