Suwon Central I-Park Xi consists of 3,432 households across 30 buildings, ranging from 39 to 103㎡ in exclusive area, with 25 floors above ground and 4 floors underground. Among these, 2,165 units will be available for general sale.

Suwon Central I-Park Xi is located in the very center of Suwon, offering abundant living infrastructure such as transportation, education, and convenience. Moreover, it is expected to become a representative residential hub of Suwon through the formation of a brand town via large-scale redevelopment projects.

The complex maximizes residential comfort with a south-facing layout for all units and ample distance between buildings. It offers niche sizes such as 39㎡ and 73㎡, allowing residents to choose living spaces according to their preferences. The 39㎡ units feature a separate bedroom and a middle door between the living room and kitchen, which can also be used as a bedroom.

Each unit is equipped with a wall pad that controls lighting, gas shutoff, and heating adjustment. When a call is made to the unit during the resident's absence, the video is automatically saved on the wall pad. Remote control is also possible via a smartphone application. The complex is designed as a car-free zone above ground, with more than 40% of the site area dedicated to landscaping facilities.

Suwon Central I-Park will begin special supply on the 29th, followed by first priority for the local area on the 30th, first priority for other areas on July 1st, and second priority on July 2nd. The announcement of successful applicants will be on July 8th, and official contracts will be signed from the 20th to the 31st. The scheduled move-in date is July 2023.

The Suwon Central I-Park Xi model house can be viewed on HDC Hyundai Development Company's YouTube channel. Detailed information such as virtual reality videos filmed in 360 degrees of actual units, location environment, complex layout, and finishing materials can be checked through the official website.
