[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kang Juhee] Gu Bonseung and Ahn Hyekyung, who ended their contract relationship on 'Burning Youth,' reunited.
On the 16th, the SBS variety show 'Burning Youth' aired scenes of the youths traveling to Yanggu, Gangwon Province.
That day, Kim Kwanggyu locked the door and tried to make a phone call to someone. Choi Seongguk asked, "Hyung, did you get a girlfriend?" but Kim Kwanggyu replied, "It's a private matter," and did not disclose it.
Choi Seongguk said, "I get really anxious wondering if he got a girlfriend, worried about being left alone, there's a sense of competition. That's something that happens among singles," causing laughter.
The next day, Kim Kwanggyu said, "I have something to do later. There's a fan signing event at Gangnam Station, so I called a worker. He's strong and someone you all know," piquing everyone's curiosity.
The person Kim Kwanggyu was talking to on the phone the previous day was Ahn Hyekyung. Ahn Hyekyung joined the cattle cleaning team as a worker on Kim Kwanggyu's behalf and reunited with Gu Bonseung, with whom she had a contract relationship.
While observing the cows, Ahn Hyekyung told Gu Bonseung, "The cow's eyes look like oppa's eyes. The cow's eyes are moist and pretty," and noticed Gu Bonseung's changed hairstyle, showing an active attitude.
Later, the youths started cooking to ease their hunger. Ahn Hyekyung made misutgaru (a traditional Korean grain powder drink), and Gu Bonseung approached her to help. The two showed a sweet and lingering interaction as if their story was not yet over.
Members then asked, "What happened to that couple? We're curious," and questioned Ahn Hyekyung and Gu Bonseung.
Jung Jaewook wondered, "Are they over? Their eyes say it's not over yet." Ahn Hyekyung proudly said, "We wore couple outfits," and Gu Bonseung joked, "Why are you so clingy?"
To this, Ahn Hyekyung retorted, "Get lost," causing laughter.
