Sewang Green Food Retail, a Master of Win-Win Management, Selected as a Good Franchise

The win-win management case of the dining-out specialist company 'Segwang Green Food Retail' is becoming a model within the industry. Recently, it was honored with the title of 'Franchise Headquarters Supporting Franchisees' Cost Sharing (Good Franchise)' by the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency, an affiliate of the Fair Trade Commission, and it is drawing even more attention as it has maintained a 0% closure rate for 16 years since its founding.

Founded in 2005, Segwang Green Food Retail started with Korea's first-generation izakaya 'Hashi' and has continued to grow by operating more than 80 branches across 8 brands (Segwang Yangdaechang, Gyodae Icheungjip, Omokjip, Gyodae Galbijip, Gyodae Golmokjip, Gyodae Pyeongsangjip, Seoripul Sikdang, Hashi).

Since the beginning of its franchise business, Segwang Green Food Retail has spared no effort in establishing a management system to realize win-win management and supporting stable sales growth. Recently, as the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) spread nationwide, additional support was implemented to minimize the economic burden on franchisees.

By actively providing support to alleviate the hardships of franchisees, it secured the Good Franchise title from the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency. Segwang Green Food Retail plans to continue its generous support and efforts so that franchisees can focus solely on store operations.
