Junggyeonryeon Holds the '1st Mid-sized Enterprise Crisis Management Seminar'


[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Federation of Medium-sized Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as KFME) announced on the 10th that it will hold a seminar to strengthen crisis management capabilities for medium-sized enterprises. The seminar, titled "Crisis Management System Construction Process A to Z," will be held on the 17th at the Seoul Mapo Listed Companies Hall. Attorney Han Tae-young of Barun Law LLC will share detailed crisis management system construction processes and pre- and post-risk response strategies. A KFME official explained, "The seminar, scheduled for a total of three sessions this year, is an advanced third-year course covering practical aspects of various crisis types including recognition, response, and post-measures."


Meanwhile, KFME extended by one year the "Business Agreement for Operating Crisis Management Support Services for Medium-sized Enterprises" signed with Barun Law LLC last year in April. KFME and Barun Law LLC jointly launched the "COVID-19 Response Legal Advisory Service for Medium-sized Enterprises" last month, providing legal diagnosis by sector such as finance, human resources and labor, taxation, and comprehensive management risk response strategy consulting.
