[Asia Economy (Yongin) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting an additional eight professional auditors from the 8th to the 19th of this month to provide efficient management consultation and protect the rights of residents in apartment complexes.
Yongin City has been operating the third term of apartment complex management auditors, having recruited 20 last year.
The recruitment fields include 2 in legal affairs, 4 in accounting, and 2 in architecture.
Applicants must be lawyers, certified public accountants, architects, professional engineers, or housing managers. Assistant professors or researchers at universities or research institutes are also eligible to apply.
Selected auditors will investigate and inspect facilities, ledgers, and documents of apartment complexes until May next year, and provide specialized consultation or advice in various fields for efficient management.
Applications can be submitted directly to the city’s Housing Division with the application form and required documents, or sent by mail or email (sjango12@korea.kr).
A city official explained, "As citizens’ interest in apartment complex management has increased, we decided to recruit additional auditors to help operate it more professionally."
