GS Construction's 'Gwangyang Central Xi,' showcased in Seonghwangdoeji District, Gwangyang City, Jeollanam-do, is receiving positive reviews ahead of the first-priority subscription on Thursday, June 11. As expected from a top-tier domestic construction brand, it is being praised for its well-designed floor plans and is expected to close the first-priority subscription quickly.

Having opened its model house on the 29th of last month and started sales, 'Gwangyang Central Xi' consists of exclusive areas of 74㎡ and 84㎡. The model house displays the 74㎡A type and the 84㎡A and 84㎡C types.

Visitors who toured the units at the model house showed various reactions, but overwhelmingly positive feedback prevailed. The popular 84㎡ unit in the Jeollanam-do region received praise for its finishing materials and interior design, while the 74㎡ unit was appreciated for its spacious layout design.

The 74㎡ type of Gwangyang Central Xi, although a mid-sized floor plan, boasts space comparable to the 84㎡ unit through specialized design. The 74㎡A type consists of four bedrooms. The number of bedrooms, usually seen in larger units, has been introduced in the 74㎡A type of Gwangyang Central Xi. The master bedroom also features a separate dressing room, adding a touch of luxury. Bedroom 4, located next to the kitchen, can have its size reduced to add an entrance storage or pantry as an additional paid space option.

Mr. Oh (43), a resident of Gwangyang City who expressed interest in subscribing to the 74㎡A type, said, "After touring the 74㎡A type, I was surprised at how spacious the living room was, almost mistaking it for the 84㎡ unit. I have two children, and since there are only three rooms, I always felt there was no room to use as a hobby room. The 74㎡A type seems perfect for our family, and since the price is cheaper than the 84㎡, it is affordable. I plan to apply for the 74㎡A, but I am worried about not winning because the number of units is small."

The 74㎡B type offers a different spatial configuration from the A type. The B type consists of three bedrooms but has a larger kitchen space than the A type. Additionally, there are two dressing rooms in the master bedroom, and a separate pantry is provided next to the kitchen. While the 74㎡A type's strength lies in high space utilization, the 74㎡B type's advantage is its specialized storage space.

Ms. Kim (37), a resident of Yeosu City who showed interest in the 74㎡B type, said, "We always lacked storage space because we have many items at home, making the house feel small. The 74㎡B type of Gwangyang Central Xi has plenty of storage space, and we can also use the underground household storage, which seems perfect for our family with many belongings. The Xi brand image is luxurious, so I want to live here at least once. I am considering moving from Yeosu to Gwangyang, and I just hope the units in Gwangyang do not all sell out."

Reactions to the traditionally popular 84㎡ units were also positive. The 84㎡ units are composed of four types. Type A has four bedrooms and a dressing room in the master bedroom. Type B adds a beta room in addition to the dressing room in the master bedroom, allowing for flexible space utilization. The beta room can be used as a study or hobby room, or combined with the dressing room through a space option.

The 84㎡C type strengthens storage space by including two dressing rooms in the master bedroom and a large pantry next to the kitchen. The 84㎡D type adds an alpha room next to bedroom 3, in addition to the dressing room and pantry. Like the beta room in type B, the alpha room in type D can be used as a bedroom or converted into a dressing room using space options.

Mr. Park (42), a resident of Gwangyang, said, "I have three children, so I need a large house with many rooms. However, no apartment in Gwangyang currently meets my requirements. The 84㎡A type of Gwangyang Central Xi has four rooms and spacious space, and with 100% underground parking design, it ensures my children's safety, which is great. Since my children are young, I hope to win a lower floor unit to avoid noise issues, but seeing the surrounding atmosphere, many people are applying, so I just pray to win any floor."

Mr. Lee (38) from Suncheon said, "Compared to apartments in Suncheon or Yeosu, the sale price is very reasonable, so I plan to buy first and then rent it out as a jeonse or monthly rent to seek capital gains. Since the industrial complex is nearby, there seems to be abundant rental demand from workers in the industrial complex, and I plan to devise a subscription strategy to win."

The winners will be announced on Thursday, June 18, and contracts with winners will be conducted at the model house from Monday, June 29 to Wednesday, July 1.
