The county is promoting rice consumption and conducting various domestic rice utilization education programs targeting modern tastes and consumer trends, receiving great responses from residents.
The county announced that from the 27th of last month to the 25th of this month, a total of 10 sessions of diverse domestic rice utilization education are being conducted.
This education aims to promote the consumption of domestic rice, which is gradually decreasing due to Westernized eating habits and diverse food options.
In addition to traditional rice cakes with excellent taste and nutrition, about 20 types of fusion rice cakes such as carrot cheese rice cake, strawberry glutinous rice cake, rice cake roll sandwiches, and rice baking desserts like rice muffins, rice madeleine, and rice sabl? cookies are taught through theory and practice.
Residents participating in the education said, "Making rice cakes and desserts using domestic rice is not as difficult as expected," and "This opportunity will allow me to make delicious and healthy snacks made from rice for my family," expressing satisfaction.
