[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Kyobo Life Insurance announced on the 4th that it has launched a service that allows customers to conduct financial planning consultations via video call.
This service utilizes 'Live Talk,' an interactive education platform operated for employees and financial planners. Customers can apply for consultations via Live Talk at their preferred time, and upon connecting, a wealth manager in the headquarters studio conducts the financial planning consultation.
Customers can freely ask and answer questions, and since only the applying customer can connect, one-on-one consultations are possible. Anyone can use this service, including customers who are reluctant to have face-to-face consultations or those who find it difficult to visit branches due to distance.
Kyobo Life Insurance stated that customer satisfaction with the video consultation service, which has been in operation since last month, is very high. The advantage is that customers can communicate in real-time anytime and anywhere and receive professional consultations without direct face-to-face meetings.
Kyobo Life Insurance plans to actively expand Ontact (online contact)-based customer services by introducing the Cisco Webex video conferencing solution company-wide and conducting pilot operations.
A Kyobo Life Insurance official said, "Now is the golden time to strengthen untact technology and digital innovation," adding, "We will lead a digitalized sales ecosystem by introducing various services for customer convenience."
