Gwangju Seo-gu, 43,917 Parcels of 'Individual Official Land Prices' Determined and Announced

Objections Accepted Until the 29th

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Seo Daeseok) has decided and announced the individual publicly announced land prices for 43,917 parcels as of January 1, 2020, and will accept objections until the 29th.

The land prices decided and announced this time were determined through verification by appraisers, collection of landowners' opinions, and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee to enhance fairness and objectivity.

Seo-gu plans to conduct a final adjustment and announcement next month after re-verification by appraisal professionals and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee.

Objections can be submitted by filling out the objection form available at the district office, the website, and the community service centers.

A Seo-gu official stated, "Individual publicly announced land prices are used as the basis for national tax, local tax, and various charges," and added, "To ensure the appropriateness and fairness of the individual land prices and to calculate reasonable land prices, please review the individual land prices within the deadline and submit any objections."
