Premium Large Complex in Jangyu, Gimhae 'Ian Central Fore Jangyu' First Priority Subscription on the 9th

In the housing market, large apartment complexes with over 1,000 units are attracting significant attention. Due to the high resident population, these large complexes benefit from economies of scale that reduce maintenance costs and feature various community facilities within the complex. Additionally, with abundant foot traffic, these complexes offer excellent residential environments with nearby commercial and convenience facilities, resulting in higher resident satisfaction compared to smaller apartment complexes.


Such large apartment complexes, which provide outstanding residential convenience, are highly preferred by actual homebuyers and continue to be popular in the subscription market every year.


According to Cheongyak Home, the 'Mudeungsan Xi & Eoulim Phase 1' supplied in November last year closed its first subscription round with a competition rate of 40.22 to 1. The complex consists of 22 buildings ranging from three basement floors to 31 floors above ground, with a total of 1,505 units sized between 59 and 130 square meters. It was a large complex rarely seen in Gwangju, attracting much attention at the time of sale, and received high praise for its convenient access to lifestyle facilities such as E-Mart and Megabox nearby.


This year, the popularity of large complexes remained strong. In February, the ‘Maegyo Station Prugio SK VIEW’ supplied in Maegyo-dong, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi Province, attracted a total of 156,505 applicants, marking the highest number of applicants in the Suwon area. The complex is a large-scale development with 3,603 units and offers various community facilities that matched its scale, earning high approval from actual buyers.


A real estate expert stated, “Large apartment complexes with many residents have well-established internal and external living infrastructure, providing excellent residential environments. They are also evaluated as cost-effective assets because fixed expenses such as maintenance fees are lower compared to smaller complexes. If extensive green spaces are added, their value in the housing market will increase even further.”


Among these, a large apartment complex embraced by lush greenery is currently being newly supplied, attracting the interest of buyers. ‘Ian Central Fore Jangyu,’ surrounded by Daamsan Mountain, consists of a total of 1,347 units. Residents can enjoy eco-friendly living through various themed green spaces within the complex, and walking trails around the perimeter allow for a harmonious life with nature.


‘Ian Central Fore Jangyu’ boasts excellent living infrastructure. Within a 1.5 km radius, there are convenient lifestyle facilities such as Mega Hospital, Lotte Mart (Jangyu branch), and CGV (Gimhae Jangyu branch). Additionally, Neungdong Elementary and Middle Schools and Gimhae Sammun High School are within a 10-minute walk, providing excellent educational conditions.


The construction company, Daewoo Industrial Development, is also notable for introducing the ‘Ian’ brand to the new city of Jangyu, Gimhae. Since launching the eco-friendly apartment brand ‘Ian’ in 2003, which means that all value exists ‘inside (Ian),’ Daewoo has been dedicated to building ‘Daewoo Ian Apartments’ with exceptional pride.


The complex consists of 17 buildings ranging from three basement floors to 24 floors above ground, with units sized between 59 and 84 square meters. Notably, ‘Ian Central Fore Jangyu’ plans to apply a home network system controllable remotely via smartphone and offers storage spaces such as pantries and dressing rooms that can be used for various purposes according to lifestyle, enhancing space utilization.


‘Ian Central Fore Jangyu’ will begin special supply on Monday, June 8, followed by first-priority subscription on Tuesday, June 9, and second-priority subscription on Wednesday, June 10. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, June 16, and contracts will be signed over three days from Monday, June 29 to Wednesday, July 1. A benefit of 10% down payment and 60% of the intermediate payment interest-free is provided to reduce the burden of purchasing a home.


The model house for ‘Ian Central Fore Jangyu’ is located next to LG Best Shop Gimhae Jangyu branch at 225 Gyedong-ro, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, and the complex is scheduled for occupancy in March 2023.
