Fides Development "CEO Kim Seung-bae Joins 'Flower Bucket Challenge'"

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Fides Development has stepped up to help flower farmers struggling due to the economic downturn.

On the 2nd, Fides Development announced, "CEO Kim Seung-bae recently joined the 'Flower Bucket Challenge' campaign to support flower farmers facing difficulties caused by the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19)."

Kim, who serves as the president of the Korea Real Estate Development Association, gifted 30 flower baskets to member companies of the Real Estate Development Association with the hope of overcoming COVID-19 together and contributing to society through the development of better future spaces.

Kim joined the challenge after being nominated by An Seong-woo, CEO of Zigbang, whom he connected with as a member of the Korea PropTech Forum. Kim said, "I hope the flower baskets provide a moment of springtime relaxation that we have forgotten amid busy daily lives and worries about illness," adding, "I also want to express my gratitude to everyone working hard for the recovery of daily life."

The Flower Bucket Challenge is a campaign started to support domestic flower farmers, conducted in a relay format where nominated individuals recommend other participants through social media (SNS).
