[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Lifestyle culture company LF (CEO Oh Gyusik) announced on the 1st that Champion, a global sports and casual brand operated domestically, will launch an official online store.
Champion, which started as a sportswear brand in 1919, was introduced domestically by LF at the end of last year to actively target the rapidly growing domestic sports and casual market as a "brand loved by fashion people worldwide."
Champion entered LF's official online shopping mall LF Mall in March, and on the 1st of last month, opened an official global brand store covering the entire global line with an area of about 70 pyeong at COEX Mall in Seoul. On the opening day, it ranked first in sales in the youth fashion category at COEX Mall, showing a steep sales growth trend from the early stages of domestic introduction.
At Champion's official online store, customers can find Asian, American, and European lines all in one place, with menus independently organized by global line.
The representative line, Reverse Weave, also has a separate menu, and real-time product and search ranking menus are always placed at the top left, designed to allow customers to easily and conveniently purchase Champion's representative popular products.
Additionally, the store operates a "Champion Magazine" corner that continuously updates and introduces the brand story and content related to representative products in detail and interestingly, actively communicating with the young 10-20s generation to increase the shopping mall's revisit rate.
To commemorate the launch of the official online store, Champion is holding a special event until the 15th, offering a Champion EU line bag for purchases over 200,000 won and providing a 10% discount benefit.
