The new slogan is 'Excellent Life'... "We will deliver the best life"
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Daelim Industrial announced on the 1st that it will undertake a major revamp to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the launch of South Korea's first apartment brand, 'e-Pyeonhansesang.'
The new slogan for e-Pyeonhansesang is 'Excellent Life.' e-Pyeonhansesang has communicated with consumers by emphasizing the values of 'sincerity' and 'comfort.' Daelim Industrial explained, "The new e-Pyeonhansesang will be a residential brand that offers the best life," adding, "With three directions?professional technology, original design, and differentiated service?we will present the ideal residential values and culture demanded by the times."
The visual identity (BI) has also been changed. The representative symbols associated with e-Pyeonhansesang, the cloud and orange color, have been emphasized, while the name has been boldly removed. Daelim Industrial stated, "Brands with strong trust with consumers tend to emphasize only the symbol without the name in their BI."
The logotype and graphic motifs have also been newly created. The logotype has been organized into a square shape with minimal decorative elements to allow for use across various online and offline platforms.
Daelim Industrial continuously researches housing types and lifestyles through big data surveys targeting approximately 12 million people and integrated consumer research. Along with the BI renewal, e-Pyeonhansesang will be revamped to reflect customers' lifestyles in all areas including design, architecture, interior, landscaping, and community facilities.
A Daelim Industrial official said, "We will present a solid value as South Korea's number one brand that not only emphasizes the basic values of housing that the existing e-Pyeonhansesang highlighted but also enhances customers' quality of life," adding, "Almost everything about the brand has changed, and the new e-Pyeonhansesang will embody changes and innovations across the company's products and technological capabilities."
