[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Ford Sales Service Korea (hereinafter Ford Korea) announced on the 1st that it will conduct the ‘Summer Service Clinic’ campaign ahead of the upcoming summer vacation season.
The ‘Ford Summer Service Clinic’ campaign is designed to ensure safe vehicle operation during the summer vacation season, when outdoor activities and long-distance travel increase. It will be held for about a month from the 1st to the 29th for all Ford and Lincoln vehicle customers.
During the campaign period, various seasonal benefits will be provided, including free inspection services by Ford professional technicians, free replenishment of oils such as engine oil, antifreeze, and washer fluid, a 15% discount on wipers and air conditioning filters to prepare for the summer heat and rainy season, and a 50% discount on air conditioning gas charging. For accident vehicles, accident repair support services including free towing and delivery up to 50 km are provided only for vehicles that cannot be driven. All customers visiting during the campaign period will receive a cooler bag as a gift on a first-come, first-served basis.
In addition, Ford Korea is conducting thorough disinfection work at service centers as part of its customer safety care service in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, so that customers can safely receive summer vehicle inspection services. Vehicles visiting can also receive disinfection services. However, vehicle disinfection services may not be available at some branches, so prior inquiry is required.
Byun Jaehyun, Executive Vice President of Ford Korea’s Service Division, said, “This year, especially, many travelers are expected to take vacations across the country using private cars, so we have carefully prepared to provide systematic services from disinfection to safety inspections,” and added, “We hope customers fully enjoy the benefits, and Ford will continue to strive to provide various services prioritizing customer safety.”
