[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the afternoon of the 30th, Jung Soon-gyun, Mayor of Gangnam District, visited the Gangnam Seum Disabled Integrated Support Center (Gwangpyeong-ro 60-gil 22) to tour the site where remodeling was completed last month.

The center spans from basement level 1 to the 7th floor above ground and is equipped with various facilities including a welfare center, cafe, daily necessities store, workshop, restaurant, lifelong education center for people with developmental disabilities, and short- and long-term care facilities.

The district has recently established a shelter for the deaf and expanded the lifelong education center for people with developmental disabilities, carrying out various support projects for marginalized groups.
