According to the industry on the 30th, Coway recently released the 'Ice Water Purifier,' which provides hygienic care as a basic feature along with cool ice and chilled water. This product applies a function to hygienically manage ice. The ice tank is automatically managed three times a day for two hours each time using a 'Ultraviolet (UV) LED lamp.' Additionally, all key components involved in ice production are made of stainless steel.
In particular, the company explained that by equipping the 'Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane Filter System,' it rigorously filters 47 types of harmful pollutants, from heavy metals to ultra-fine ionic substances as small as 0.4 nanometers dissolved in water.
The ice water purifier also fulfills its primary function. It adopts a 'Dual Cooling System' that separately produces ice and chilled water. It can manufacture a large volume of ice, providing abundant ice. Moreover, it applies 'Crystal Ice Making Technology,' which shakes the water before freezing to remove air bubbles, resulting in harder and clearer ice.
Customer convenience has also been enhanced. The purifier features an LCD display that intuitively shows various customized information such as ▲function settings ▲service details ▲fault checks. Frequently used functions by customers can be easily accessed via simple touch buttons.
Chungho Nais signed an exclusive contract with the Swiss Military brand for the 'DualX Cordless Vacuum Cleaner' and began full-scale domestic sales from the 29th. This product is characterized by its ability to perform both dust suction and wet mop cleaning, allowing easy maintenance of a clean indoor environment.
The DualX Cordless Vacuum Cleaner applies a low-noise, high-efficiency motor that rotates about 80,000 times per minute, cleaning thoroughly with powerful suction. It also features a triple filtering system including a HEPA filter, preventing fine dust from being emitted outside the device during use.
Various convenience features are included. Equipped with an LED light, it allows convenient cleaning even in dark blind spots. The large-capacity lithium-ion battery enables continuous use for up to 30 minutes on a full charge. The company explains that its light weight of 1.9 kg makes it comfortable to use for extended periods without straining the wrist.
Kyowon Group also expanded its free air sterilization service through its comprehensive health appliance brand Wells starting from the 26th, ahead of the summer when bacteria breed easily. They secured an additional 670 air sterilization devices, more than double the previous number, and plan to respond to customer requests through 330 branches nationwide.
The application channels for the free air sterilization service have also increased. In addition to applying via the Wells website and moving stores, customers can apply for the free air sterilization service through Kyowon Group’s online shopping channel 'K-Members Mall.'
The Wells free air sterilization service is a service that sterilizes and disinfects indoor spaces frequently used by many people, such as homes, early childhood education facilities, offices, and restaurants, using foggers. Wells managers visit and use eco-friendly certified dedicated disinfectants for sterilization and disinfection. The company explains that the disinfectant is safe enough to be used without wiping off after disinfection, as it contains harmless ingredients to the human body.
An industry official said, "Ahead of the summer season, we are providing services so that more customers can worry less about health and hygiene." Another official emphasized, "We are meeting customer demands with innovative products created based on differentiated technological capabilities."
