39 Confirmed COVID-19 Cases in Incheon Related to Coupang

The father of a worker at the Coupang Bucheon Logistics Center has also tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

According to Incheon City on the 28th, one additional person, the father of a worker at the Coupang Bucheon Logistics Center, tested positive for COVID-19 on that day.

A (62), a resident of Gyeyang-gu, tested positive following his son (28), who worked at the Bucheon Logistics Center, and was urgently transferred to Incheon Medical Center. The cumulative number of confirmed cases related to the Coupang Bucheon Logistics Center in Incheon has increased to 39. The total cumulative confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Incheon have risen to 194.

Meanwhile, Coupang emphasized in a message sent to customers on the same day that from the early stages of the COVID-19 outbreak, thermal cameras were installed at all logistics centers nationwide, daily disinfection was conducted, and all employees were actively encouraged to wear masks and gloves while working.
