Doing Our Best for 3rd and 4th School Attendance on the 3rd and 8th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Geon-ju] As in-person classes at schools across Jeonbuk Province are being conducted sequentially, the Jeonbuk Office of Education announced on the 28th that it will actively support in-person school reopening classes.
According to the Office of Education, to create a safe educational environment, the period from the 27th, when the second phase of in-person classes began, through the 3rd and 8th of next month, until the end of next month, will be designated as the "Month of Support for In-Person Classes."
This measure aims to reduce urgent administrative tasks so that teachers can fully concentrate on teaching and student guidance as in-person classes commence.
The main initiatives include refraining from external training and meetings for teachers, and even in cases of essential official documents and meetings, careful consideration will be exercised.
An official from the Office of Education also urged that "each regional education support office will continuously monitor the status of school attendance within their jurisdiction and provide support to minimize crowding within schools."
