Released last November, 'Sangha Farm Slow Kitchen Soup' is a liquid cream soup that enhances the flavor of the ingredients by adding rich fresh cream and ricotta natural cheese to raw materials. Considering the characteristics of soup cooking, where the taste and texture can vary depending on the order of ingredient addition, the order of adding key ingredients such as onions, fresh cream, and milk, as well as cooking time, were carefully followed to create a soup taste that feels homemade.
Additionally, the consistency is adjusted to be smooth, allowing it to be conveniently enjoyed by pouring it into a cup and drinking without a spoon. After opening the package as is, heating it in the microwave for just 40 seconds completes the soup. It can be stored at room temperature, making it easy to use not only at home but also for outdoor activities such as camping. With no added preservatives, the entire family from children to adults can safely enjoy it. The product lineup consists of three types: mushroom cream soup, pumpkin cream soup, and clam chowder soup.
The mushroom cream soup combines mushrooms with richly aromatic shiitake, enhancing the natural taste and aroma of the mushrooms. The pumpkin cream soup features smooth pumpkin paste with added sweet potato, offering a sweet and savory flavor loved by everyone. The clam chowder soup is made with broth simmered with onions and celery, enriched with the flavors of shellfish such as mussels and oysters, and refined with white wine for a clean taste. Especially, the inclusion of whole clam meat provides a delightful chewiness and umami flavor.
A representative of Sangha Farm Slow Kitchen said, "From selecting raw materials to the cooking process, Sangha Farm Slow Kitchen Soup is a convenient meal product that contains time and care like homemade home cooking, allowing customers to be satisfied with both taste and convenience." The first product of 'Sangha Farm Slow Kitchen' was 'Curry,' launched in August 2018. The curry powder, a crucial element determining the taste of the curry, is made by blending 12 spices in an optimal ratio and roasting them directly over a fire in a cauldron using a direct-fire roasting method, then slowly aging for 24 hours to enhance the flavor. The process of trimming and adding vegetables and meat is designed in a homemade style, as if cooking directly at home.
There is also 'Pasta Sauce.' Released in May last year, the 'Pasta Sauce' is a premium retort sauce made with a handcrafted recipe utilizing Maeil Dairy’s 50 years of dairy expertise. To enrich the texture, domestic onions, garlic, and other vegetables are carefully prepared, and to capture the deep flavor of authentic Italian pasta sauce, natural cheeses such as Camembert, ricotta, and brie are used.
