[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Bando Construction announced on the 27th that it plans to launch 'Seongsan Bando Yubora Ivy Park' at Block Gong 1 in Sapa District, Seongsan-gu, Changwon City, as its first sales project of the year at the end of this month.
The complex will be built with 17 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, comprising 1,045 households with exclusive areas of 55 to 86㎡. This is Bando Construction's first entry into the Changwon area under the 'Yubora' brand.
The complex is located in the central commercial district of Changwon, offering convenient transportation and living infrastructure. Major government offices and convenience facilities such as Gyeongnam Provincial Office, Changwon City Hall, Changwon District Court, Hanmaeum Changwon Hospital, and Seongsan Art Hall are nearby, along with key commercial areas in Changwon city including department stores, large marts, and Sangnam Market.
KTX Changwon Central Station is located 3 km from the complex, and it is easy to access the central Changwon area and the Gyeongsang region through Changidae-ro and Haewon-ro. Within a 1 km radius of the complex, there are seven elementary, middle, and high schools including Sapa Middle and High Schools.
The green environment is also excellent. Surrounded by Bieumsan and Gaeumjeong Park, residents can enjoy a 'green premium' with forest-like apartments in the city. Large-scale sports facilities such as Changwon Football Center and Daebang Sports Park are adjacent to the complex, providing not only a pleasant residential environment but also a well-being lifestyle.
Seongsan Bando Yubora Ivy Park will feature Changwon's first detached learning center within the complex. The detached learning center will offer various educational programs for infants and elementary students in collaboration with professional educational institutions. It will also be linked with the Gyeongnam FC children's soccer school, where coaches from the K League professional soccer team will provide direct instruction.
The complex is designed with a 4-bay slab-type structure that offers excellent lighting and ventilation. Inside the units, features such as dressing rooms, kitchen pantries, alpha rooms, movable walls, and top-floor attics (varying by type) are incorporated to enhance space utilization. Kim Jo-oh, head of sales at Bando Construction, said, "We will devote ourselves to presenting a premium residential complex by applying specialized products unique to the Yubora brand and advanced systems."
Applications will begin with special supply on June 8, followed by first priority on the 9th and second priority on the 10th.
The model house will be set up in the Jungang-dong area of Seongsan-gu, Changwon City, and will operate by appointment only to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Move-in is scheduled for March 2022.
