The Seoul Northern Women's Development Center (Director Ju Young-mi) is recruiting trainees for the 'Long-term Care Institution Administrative Expert' training course until June 15.
This 'Long-term Care Institution Administrative Expert' course is open to unemployed women residing in Seoul. Additionally, this training is a Seoul city-supported vocational training program, and the tuition fee (100,000 KRW) will be fully refunded upon employment after completion.
The course consists of theoretical and practical classes necessary for the field, including understanding the elderly and long-term care institutions in the aging era, administrative systems required for institution management, and OA (Office Automation) training. In particular, a 4-week field internship is provided to help trainees gain practical experience. Women with career interruptions who hold welfare-related certifications such as social workers or care workers can utilize this as an opportunity for reemployment.
Applications can be submitted by downloading the application form from the Northern Women's Development Center website, filling it out, and emailing it by Monday, June 15. A total of 24 applicants will be selected through a first-round document screening and a second-round interview.
