[AKyung Hit Product] Orient Golf 'Yamaha Remix'

"Overwhelming distance."

This is the Orient Golf Yamaha Remix driver (photo). It is interesting that it recorded a moment of inertia of 5760 g·cm², close to the US Golf Association (USGA) limit of 5900 g·cm². The Korea Institute of Golf Industry & Technology (KIGOS) analyzed that it flies an average of 5 meters farther. Even when mishits occur on the toe or heel, the distance loss is minimal. The power comes from the boost ring, a ring-shaped band that wraps around the face, spanning the crown and sole.

Even when not hitting the sweet spot, it delivers sufficient distance with improved directionality. The face and crown surfaces bend uniformly to prevent energy loss, resulting in a 1.93 m/s increase in initial ball speed compared to previous models, and an 11-yard increase in distance. There are two versions: the advanced Remix 120 and the general Remix 220. The maraging steel style Remix 220 irons have soles and faces made 31% thinner than previous products, adding the distance of one more club.

To celebrate the launch of the Remix series, the '2020 Remix Expedition Team' is being recruited. This is the industry's first new-concept rental service. Until the end of this year, under the concept of a journey to find the 'absolute champion' and 'absolute driver,' you can rent the Remix 220 driver and 7-iron for an impressive 20 days free of charge. You can apply by filling out the application form on the event page. Winners will be selected by lottery and receive an iron set, driver, wood, utility club, cap, and half a dozen balls.
