Jeonbuk Bank Mokryeonhoe Volunteers for National Cemetery Maintenance in Honor of Patriotic Veterans Month

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Young-tae] The Magnolia Club of Jeonbuk Bank (President Kim Tae-hee) announced that it conducted the ‘2020 National Cemetery 1 Company 1 Cemetery Maintenance Volunteer Activity’ at the National Imsil Cemetery on the 23rd in celebration of the upcoming June, the Month of Patriots and Veterans.

This volunteer activity was organized by the Magnolia Club of Jeonbuk Bank to commemorate Memorial Day and personally practice patriotism at the only national cemetery in the Jeonbuk region where national merit recipients are buried and their distinguished services honored. About 30 Magnolia Club members and their children participated.

In particular, at the Imsil National Cemetery, the children of the Magnolia Club members who attended were given explanations about the purpose and current status of the national cemetery to cultivate the spirit of patriotism and establish a proper sense of national identity, adding meaning to the volunteer activity.
