[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] Sono Belle (formerly Daemyung Resort) Cheonan announced on the 21st that it will open a large banquet hall extension starting June 1st.
Sono Belle Cheonan has newly expanded two banquet halls on the first floor of the main building: the 'Grand Ballroom' with a capacity of 450 people and 'Emerald I' which can accommodate 180 people, while also renovating the existing banquet halls.
Previously, Sono Belle Cheonan had five banquet halls with a total capacity of 410 people, but with the change of use and expansion, it now has six banquet halls accommodating 894 people. The restaurant 'The Ham' will also be reorganized to serve up to around 400 guests.
Sono Belle Cheonan has also enhanced its Ocean Adventure features by expanding attractions that families can enjoy together. Two new attractions, one indoor and one outdoor, have been installed, both being water slides that spray water mist, allowing infants and children to safely and enjoyably experience them with their parents.
Until June 29th, a 'Renewal Commemorative Special Price' package will be offered. A 'Family Day' package, which includes a room, Ocean Adventure tickets for four people, and one sunbed, is also available so that the whole family can enjoy Ocean Adventure. Packages can be booked through the official website, with prices starting from 95,000 KRW.
